HOW TO USE

Step 1. Brush brow upwards using the spoolie end of eyebrow pencil. Then, outline under the brow arch to the tail.

Step 2. Brush brow hairs downward to expose sparse areas and fill in areas of sparseness. Next, brush brow hairs upwards to lay hairs flat and blend out product.

Step 3. Fill and define the front of the brow, using hair-like strokes following natural hair growth.
